Montessori Academy of Broward, Inc. has elected to be an S-Corporation under the laws of the IRS governing corporations. Parents play a very important role in the functioning of the school and are expected to participate in various aspects of the operation such as fundraising, snack preparation, Parents-Teachers Organization, etc.
