...We want you both to know that for the last six years we've been increasingly impressed and pleased with all that you provide for your children and their parents. At every level and in every way, Montessori excels in its educational mission. Each year we've entrusted our child to you and consistently you have made the very best decisions regarding her academic and interpersonal growth. What she has been able to achieve at Montessori has far surpassed our expectations, we are continually surprised by the diversity of things she is mastering. Each year you have provided more and more academically-challenging and enriching experiences for her (the Orchestra and Ms. Courtney; art classes, the specials, PE, and more), yet the core mission and philosophy of the school are ever-present. The success of the school, and the individual experiences that our daughter has had we know are the credit of a team effort. You have staffed the Academy with the very very very best teachers -- truly exceptional people who are extraordinary teachers -- teachers who sincerely care about each and every child. You have cultivated a wonderful atmosphere at the school that conveys the mission of the school, the values of the founders, and draws parents into the culture of enthusiasm for education, yet you make it feel like family where each person is important and unique. Care is taken by all Montessori staff to know each parent and child and to relate to them in the most thoughtful, caring, and professional manner. Although I don't hang out in the front office all that much any more, we have be amazed that no matter who walks through that door they are made to feel welcome (more amazing is that both of you know each and every child, sibling, parent, grandparent, aunt & uncle by name!!!). I could go on and on, there are so many ways in which we appreciate all that you do for the school, the children and their parents. Suffice it to say, that we are dedicated to you and the Academy.
